Fr. Carl is a native of Wyoming.  He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Cheyenne in 1989.  He currently serves as Pastor of St. Joseph Parish and Vicar General for the Diocese of Cheyenne.  Fr. Carl enjoys outdoor activities: hunting, camping and fishing.
